Refund Policy
Please review this policy before purchasing digital curriculum, printed books, bundles, electives, or homeschool resources from Newberry Academy.
Please Review Your Order Carefully
Because digital products are delivered electronically and printed books are produced specifically for each order, refund eligibility differs by product type.
Digital Products
Digital ebooks, curriculum files, printable resources, digital bundles, planners, and other downloadable products are final sale once purchased.
After checkout, customers are taken to a page containing the digital books or files included in their purchase so they can download them immediately.
Because access to the digital content is provided immediately, digital purchases are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Problems Accessing a Digital Purchase
If you purchased a digital product but are unable to access or download the files provided with your order, please contact Newberry Academy so we can help you locate your purchase or resolve the access issue.
A technical or delivery issue does not change the final-sale status of a digital product, but we will work with you to make sure you receive the files you purchased.

Printed books are produced to order. Return, replacement, and refund eligibility for printed products may depend on the circumstances of the order.
If a printed book arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is another problem with your order, please contact Newberry Academy directly so we can review the issue and help you.

Printed books are produced to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for production before shipping, plus carrier delivery time.
Approximately 10–15 business days total is a reasonable planning window for most printed-book orders.
Weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, production delays, and other circumstances outside our control may extend delivery time. Normal production or shipping delays do not by themselves qualify an order for a refund.
Please Check Your Order Before Purchasing
Please verify the grade level, subject, format, and product title before completing your purchase.
Purchasing the wrong grade level, subject, format, or product by mistake does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or exchange.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order or notice another billing problem, please contact Newberry Academy with the name and email address used for the purchase so the issue can be reviewed.
